2. Courses Offered

2.1 Online Courses

2.2 Physical (In-Person) Courses

Physical courses are conducted at designated training locations and involve hands-on training with certified instructors.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Online Courses

Full payment is required upfront at the time of enrollment.

Access to the course content is granted only upon receipt of full payment.

No refunds are offered once the purchase is completed.

3.2 Physical Courses

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your spot in the course.

The remaining 50% is payable on or before the first day of the course.

Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in the forfeiture of your spot and deposit.

No refunds will be issued for any portion of the payment once the course has commenced.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Beauty Nation School are non-refundable, including but not limited to course fees, deposits, or service charges. By enrolling, you accept that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Scheduling conflicts

Inability to attend

Dissatisfaction with course content or delivery

5. Course Access and Intellectual Property

All course materials provided online or in physical classes are the intellectual property of Beauty Nation School.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use course content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without our written consent.

6. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow students. Any form of abuse, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

7. Disclaimer

Beauty Nation School makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes of completing any course. Your success depends on your individual effort, application of techniques learned, and compliance with relevant industry regulations.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platform or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
